Granta Medical Practices: advanced notice of patient survey

Coming up next month, Granta Medical Practices, in conjunction with the Patient Participation Group, will be running their biggest ever patient survey.  This will be a real opportunity to make your voice heard.  Whilst we may not be able to fix the NHS, by taking part you could help us shape the future of Granta in the face of these challenging times.

The survey will be available shortly online and also in paper form in our surgeries - we will let you all know when we go live.
